Beacon Haven offers a wide variety of skilled Christian Science nursing services to those relying on Christian Science for healing. All of our Christian Science nursing services are offered around-the-clock.

Full Care in Our Facility
There are three basic levels of care in our facility:
Christian Science Nursing Care (CSNC)
This is our highest level of care. CSNC requires a Journal-listed Christian Science nurse to provide care. Hours of Christian Science nursing are typically 4-6 per day, although this can extend to more when needed. CSNC may be covered by Medicare, private insurance, or some long-term care policies for those eligible.
Christian Science Care (CSC)
This is our moderate level of care. CSC typically requires some Journal-listed Christian Science nurse care as well as some care by other staff Christian Science nurses. Hours of Christian Science nursing are typically 2-4 per day, although this can extend to more when needed. Some insurance plans and long-term care policies may cover this. Medicare does not cover CSC.
Christian Science Light Care (CSLC)
This is generally for people simply needing a little help for a while. This typically does not require a Journal-listed Christian Science nurse, but does require help by other staff Christian Science nurses. Hours of Christian Science nursing are typically 1-2 per day, although this can extend to more when needed. Generally, no insurance plans cover CSLC.

Outpatient Services at Our Facility
Do you need a little help with bandaging, or bathing, or nail care, or mobility aids such as crutches?
Our Christian Science nurses can help you in our facility on an outpatient basis. We would appreciate a call-ahead to let us know you are coming.
Like all our Christian Science nursing services, this is available 24/7.

Visiting Christian Science Nursing in the Twin Cities Area
Do you need Christian Science nursing help in your home or other location in the Twin Cities area? Our Christian Science nurses can come to you.
Generally these visits are limited to about 2 hours.
There are charges for the Christian Science nursing time, but not for travel time or mileage.

Telephone Consultation
This service is for persons all over the world.
This includes answering and discussing a very wide variety of questions related to Christian Science nursing. These range from infant care to accident assistance to family care.
There are no charges for this service. This is also a 24/7 service.
