Christian Science Visiting Nurse Service
The Christian Science Visiting Nurse Service has continued growing during its past six years. Christian Science Journal Listed nurses are available 24-hour per day, 7-days per week for phone consultation or to schedule a visit (1-3 hour visits available). Christian Science Nurses visit patients in homes and assisted living complexes. As a result of these visits, many more public officials now know about Christian Science nursing. We are so proud of our staff.
Clifton House education activities include mentoring care givers, sponsoring workshops for Sunday School teachers, Christian Science nursing support for home helpers, and master classes for Journal-listed Christian Science nurses.
Benevolence has provided individuals with many hours of Christian Science nursing care as well as subsidized the high cost of Christian Science nursing supplies for those in need.
Clifton House has been offering an increasing variety of inspirational activities during its transition between facilities. During the past year, Clifton House has organized monthly Lunch Bunch events to bring together people unable to get church for a luncheon and a Wednesday Testimony meeting. Clifton House also sponsored a well attended Bible lecture with Caryl Krueger, our third annual spring lecture. Previous lecturers have included George Strong and speakers from the Principle Foundation.
These inspiration activities have opened new doors to Clifton House for many people. Through these activities Clifton House seeks to support expectancy of healing.

New Facility Development, for Christian Science Nursing and Inspiration Activities
Architects with BKV Group, Inc. have competed 'schematic designs' for a new facility to house Christian Science nursing services and inspiration activities. To view these designs, click here. The City of New Brighton has approved these designs and granted preliminary permission to build this facility on the shore of Pike Lake, on land donated for this purpose. More than 75% of the construction budget goal for the facility is already committed. A campaign is underway to raise the necessary additional funds. For more information on how to help with the campaign, please contact us.
